Twitter for the experiential classroom


As articulated in the prior post Where food comes from, twitter is a fit for the experiential educator craving real world connections between their students and experts.

Currently planning a PD session titled 'Twitter for the Experiential Classroom', I have learned from many of the incredible twitter pro's such as Ellen CordieroSteven W. Anderson & Angela Maiers  that have created 'ah ha' moments with a brief in service of a simple hashtag. With some good timing and a simple pitch, a staff team can only become stronger, more confident and competent.

...as Steve Anderson put it:

"Twitter is less about consumption and more about engagement"

What more appropriate metaphor for a classroom.
